We're delighted to have facilitated several professional writing commissions, and are always searching for more of these fantastic opportunities to get our Associates' work to that final, professional production stage.

Here's how it works: our Professional Writer Associates submit samples of their work, or an outline treatment to a carefully devised brief. There is then generally an interim stage in which the commissioning company or producer shortlists several writing teams and invites them to submit a more detailed treatment in order to make their final selection.

The writers and commissioning company or producer can benefit from other MMD opportunities such as workshops and readings during the development of the show. MMD can also advise on collaboration agreements and writers' contracts.
