Do you love musical theatre? Does your company do basic CMS integration?
We've recently given our site a redesign, but we're still in the world of Flat HTML. MMD needs to upgrade its systems so that we can automate content and membership management, and free up staff resource to focus on our core aims of improving and promoting the best musical theatre talent around.
Our Programme Manager has a lot of experience in project managing content-managed sites and we have a clear and practical idea of our needs, content types and the (very standard) mechanisms we need to manage our online presence. It's a very finite brief and we are looking to find a company or individual who could help us, on an in-kind or pro bono basis, integrate a standard CMS like Drupal.
The main things we need are: membership management (ideally with integrated subscription payments)
, password protection of certain content, the ability to add new nodes under specific content types and the integration of our existing design.
At the moment the site emulates CMS functionality with some offline databases which are used to populate templates - and is therefore very CMS-ready - but we really need to move to an online solution in order to keep on top of the amount of content we need to publish, and serving the needs of our increasing membership.
