This workshop is the second in a three-part series ‘How To Success In Business’, designed to equip writers of new musical theatre with skills and knowledge related to the business side of getting their work on stage.
How you go about developing an audience can vary hugely from production to production, but at its core, audience development is about relationship building. Hosted by MMD team member Lexi Clare, join producer Jade Samuels, writer and producer Kelly Lynne D’Angelo and PR expert Olivia O’Neill for an online event focused on developing audiences for new musicals.
Each of our panellists will take us through a case study from a production they’ve worked on, sharing their approach to developing audience, whether that be building fandom, creating relationships with specific communities or generating media buzz to grow audience interest. The event will conclude with a Q&A, so please do send your questions through for our panel when booking a ticket.
