This vital funding will help us continue championing composers, lyricists, book writers, and their musicals as we work to nurture the next generation of creative talent.
Having relocated our main base from London to Birmingham last year, this is an exciting time of expansion for MMD with new opportunities to impact the sector, including collaborating with Birmingham Hippodrome to establish a national hub for new musical theatre in Birmingham. While this move presents new opportunities, it also brings challenges, including increased office costs and the need for additional staff to maintain our nationwide activity.
