Biography

I started my music studies at the age of seven at a municipal conservatory, in France. There, I learnt how to play the violin, how to sing, and the rudiments of musical theory. The choral director of the conservatory encouraged me to integrate the prestigious Maîtrise de Radio France at the age of eleven. This Maîtrise is the professional youth choir of the French public radio broadcaster. There, I had to learn how to play the piano to be able to accompany my voice. I developed my skills in harmonisation, sight-reading, and rhythm. Discipline, rigour, excellence, professionalism, and perfectionism were the keywords of my personal development during this period. I was part of this choir for seven years. These were the most enriching years of my musical life.

At the age of fifteen, the regional conservatory of Boulogne-Billancourt helped me further my knowledge in music theory. I obtained the diploma of musical studies (DEM) there, and the diploma of Vocal studies at the Maîtrise de Radio France.

After twelve years in classical music, I decided to try my luck in popular music. At a musical pole called Pôle musical d’Orgemont, PMO, I developed new singing skills. My interest in Rock music brought me to develop a Rock type of singing. I also graduated in Social sciences at this time.

At the age of twenty-one, I integrated the British and Irish Modern Music Institute (BIMM) in London. There, I broadened my business, and singing skills. As said before, I created a Rock band called Rise of Apollo. I played at famous venues such as Nambucca, The Dublin Castle or The Half Moon.

I now study Musical Theatre as my postgraduate studies at the university of Goldsmiths.
