Mark W.D. Webber
Mark is a freelance Musical Director, Composer/Lyricist, Sound Designer and Technician. He is an associate of OutFox Productions.
Mark is currently working on music and lyrics for new musical Standing By (Outfox Productions) which was workshopped at University of Cumbria Institute of the Arts in February 2016.
He has previously composed music for three musicals: You’re 5 Minute Call, 1 in 3 and If I Told You (Webcam Productions). He has also written original music and lyrics for songs in The Lost Happy Endings (Tabard Theatre); Corpus Christi (The Space) and World Enough and Time (Park Theatre).
Previous MD credits include: FAME the Musical (KD Productions); The Lost Happy Endings (Tabard Theatre); Corpus Christi (The Space, Isle of Dogs); Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (Palace Theatre, Redditch); The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Loserville: The Musical, Bright Lights, Big City, Hair and Little Women: The Broadway Musical (Visiting MD, University of Cumbria).
Sound design includes: Bottleneck and Snow White and the Seven Dwarves (Harlow Playhouse); DISCO (Three Pegs Productions); Without Reluctance and Without Relief (Ballast Theatre); Wingman (Richard Marsh/Johanson Productions, Soho Theatre/Pleasance 10Dome Edinburgh); World Enough and Time (Fluff Productions, Park Theatre); Gut Girls, The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds, Rope and Carbon Dating (OutFox Productions); Pool and No Rhyme (Jack Studio Theatre, Brockley).
Mark is also a casual sound technician at a variety of venues including Harlow Playhouse and Sadler’s Wells, London. He is currently Sound Manager for Boy Blue Entertainment and Technical Director of LX Production Services Ltd.
