Mercury Musical Developments and The Other Palace are offering a space for MMD writers to congregate and work on projects in a friendly and companionable environment. This will also be a chance to chat with an MMD staff member who will be available all morning to discuss any questions/queries and offer up advice.

MMD members are invited to The Other Palace between the hours of 10am-1pm to work in the foyer/bar area and write independently or within a group. The Other Palace is offering our members 10% discount on the bar where teas/coffees/snacks etc. are available and access to free WIFI. This is a perfect opportunity for any of our members who are struggling to find a space to have focused writing time, and to feel supported and motivated by writing alongside other members.

Members do not need to register or sign-up. Just show up and write.

Write Here, Write Now will be taking place the first Wednesday of each month. The upcoming dates are 6 September, 4 October and 1 November. Put them in your diary now!

Please note, the space would not be suitable for music writing (unless with headphones) or singing as it is still open to the general public. The keyboard will not be available for use
