Mercury Musical Developments is dedicated to maintaining a respectful, inclusive and supportive community of writers. All Members should agree to uphold the following Code of Conduct:
- Members shall act with integrity, honesty, diligence and appropriate behaviour at all times.
- Members shall conduct themselves in a manner which positively reflects the image and reputation of MMD.
- Members shall be respectful towards each other.
- Members shall not refuse a reasonable request from another Member for information or guidance.
- Members are encouraged to express their views and add constructively to debate and discussion, and difference of opinion is welcomed. However, direct or indirect attacks, abuse, name-calling or insults towards other Members, MMD staff or the general public will not be tolerated.
- In any online spaces managed by MMD including social media and the MMD website, rudeness, insults, hate-speech, hostility or negativity may be removed and you may lose your ability to comment.
- Members shall limit their requests for assistance from staff members to business hours.
Any member who is in serious or persistent breach of the Code of Conduct may have their Membership revoked.
